Court Case Fees

Credit cards

Customers who owe criminal court case fees are required to pay them to the Clerk’s office. This includes all court-related fees/fines and service charges ordered by the court for misdemeanor, criminal traffic, felony, juvenile, civil infractions, county and municipal ordinances. Payment plans are offered if you are unable to pay in full.

The Clerk follows collection policies outlined in Florida Statute 28.246322.245 and Circuit 19 Administrative Order 06-13. The Florida Legislature decides the amount of court fines/fees and can require a minimum amount to be assessed, even if the judge does not impose them during sentencing.
