Civil Court is split up into two departments, Circuit Civil and County Civil. Circuit Civil, located in the downtown Fort Pierce office, encompasses all cases of more than $50,000, including most foreclosure cases.
County Civil, located in the St. Lucie West branch office, handles cases $50,000 or less, including small claims below $8,000, evictions and replevins cases.
