FORT PIERCE, FLA. (Jan 7, 2025) – St. Lucie Clerk & Comptroller Michelle R. Miller is pleased to announce the return of Operation Green Light, a statewide initiative designed to help individuals reinstate their suspended driver’s licenses by resolving unpaid court fees and traffic fines. This limited-time event offers substantial savings by waiving collection surcharges on eligible cases, making it easier and more affordable for residents to regain their driving privileges.

From Thursday, March 27, 2025, to Wednesday, April 2, 2025, individuals with outstanding court obligations can take advantage of this opportunity to pay off their fines or establish a payment plan without incurring the typical additional fees. This effort is part of the Clerk’s ongoing commitment to increasing access to justice, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and promoting safer roadways.
